Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Sunday to Thursday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 3:00 PM (GST) will be processed on the next business day.
Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons or sale events, but we’ll always do our best to keep you updated.
